Sales are Brisk at Englewood's Windsor Park
181 luxury condominiums are only minutes from
Manhattan, many with golf-course views

ENGLEWOOD, NJ - As stated best by Englewood Mayor Michael J. Wildes, at the development's recent groundbreaking, "Windsor Park is filling a need in our town for high-quality, luxury condominium living. It provides an opportunity for home ownership, convenient access to Manhattan and spectacular golf course views."

Standing alongside Bergen County's Overpeck Golf Course, activity in the sales office has been brisk at Windsor Park. The first of its three mid-rise buildings is sold out - and the balance is expected to go quickly. "The first residents of this 181-unit complex are scheduled to move in early 2006," states Lori Rushton-Hirak, Director of Sales. "We are very pleased with the public's response. Windsor Park has already begun to establish itself as a highly desirable community."

Located just off Route 4, these one- and two-bedroom units inside the detailed brick and stucco buildings are characterized by high-end amenities. Special kitchens boast granite countertops, General Electric Profile Series stainless-steel appliances and hardwood floors. Elegantly appointed bathrooms feature a combination of dark hardwood cabinets, travertine marble, frameless glass-enclosed showers, luxurious soaking tubs and upgraded Kohler products. Purchasers have their choice of five models, all offering private balconies, nine-foot ceilings, and Andersen windows.

The community has covered parking, high-speed elevators and beautifully decorated lobbies. There also is a 3,700-square-foot clubhouse that will have a fitness center, meeting rooms and banquet facilities. A club room has a fireplace and there's a fully equipped kitchen. Views of the golf course are perfect backdrop for any occasion. "Based on the response, we believe our design, amenities, location and value have validated the many months of planning and preparation for this community," added Rick Rushton, a principal of the project. "In conjunction with the city of Engelwood, we have instituted the launching of a shuttle service, which will provide residents with transportation to downtown Engelwood's shops and restaurants."

Windsor Park is a development of the Rushton family. Since 1920, the Rushtons have been actively involved in the development of numerous commercial, retail and residential projects throughout the tri-state area.
